MZ520U UV Laser Egg Marking Machine
A 20W UV laser marking system for egg grading, packaging and traceability lines. It can mark dates, batch numbers, grades, brand identifiers and traceability information on eggshells, selecting the appropriate content according to grading results or production-line signals.
20W UV laser
A 355nm wavelength combines clear marking with a relatively low thermal impact.
Production-line integration
Supports detection, encoders and project-specific integration with PLCs, MES or traceability systems.
Flexible marking stations
Marking heads and mounting structures can be configured for the broad end or side of the egg and the number of production lanes.
Non-contact marking
No ink or consumables are required, reducing routine cleaning and replacement work.
A marking solution designed for egg grading lines
Marking linked to grading results
Switch marking content according to weight, grade, lane or batch signals. Final data fields and trigger logic are confirmed during project integration.
Multiple marking-head configurations
Single-head or multiple-head solutions can be assessed according to the production lanes, egg orientation and available installation space.
Validation with actual eggs
Shell colour, cleanliness, curvature and line speed all affect results. Sample marking with actual eggs should be carried out before selecting the configuration.
Illustrations of laser marking on eggs
Dates, batch numbers, Chinese and English text, and graphics can be combined. Shell colour, surface cleanliness and production-line speed affect the final result. The production configuration must be confirmed through testing with actual samples.
Installations on egg grading lines
The following images come from production-line integration examples in the MZ520U product brochure. They show actual installations of multiple marking-head stations and marking on the side of the egg.
Multiple stations for broad-end marking
Marking heads are arranged together to match the grading cycle and continuously laser-mark the broad end of each egg.
Side-marking integration
The marking heads reach the side of the egg from a lower side position, providing maintenance access and reducing the impact of leaking egg contents on the station.
