Labels and data
Provide label size, material, layout, barcode content and data sources.
Application task
Confirm packaging surface, label position, applicator mechanism, product orientation and workcell space.
Line signals
Define triggers, encoder or PLC signals, the required cycle and upstream/downstream interlocks.
Inspection and exceptions
If inspection is required, agree OK/NG criteria, records, reject confirmation and MES/WMS interface responsibilities.
